KPI has successfully designed, built and installed three custom CNC routers to customer specification. Special thanks to Nate Lucas from Boost Manufacturing for outstanding engineering services, Advanced Agricultural Concepts for high quality sheet metal components, and Justin Myers for precision weldments. The motion controls were designed and built at KPI machining for simple operator interface. Each button on the control runs a different part program on the machine. If the end user wants to change a program for a particular component, it is as easy as drag and drop to run a new program! 24000 RPM – 200 IPM – portable – 3 axis machining – .0005″ resolution – self contained HEPA filtered dust collection – production bliss!
